The route led participants on foot up to the Pratone of Torre Spaccata. 2nd Walk
The ACT district walking route continues! On Saturday, 5th June, the members of the neighbourhood cooperative, in collaboration with the Community for the Public Park of Centocelle and other local associations, accompanied the participants to discover the Centocelle Archaeological Park and the Pratone di Torre Spaccata.
The starting point of the route was the area where the underground remains of the Villa della Piscina from the Roman era are located, crossing the runway of the former Antonio Baracca airport, Italy's first airport and still present within the Park.
The tour then continued on foot and by bike along Viale Palmiro Togliatti to the area where the historic Casale nel Pratone di Torre Spaccata is located.
